Haruno Sakura
Twenty-two years old, university student, medical school, can be sweet but dangerous if annoyed, hates her forehead but loves her eyes, natural pinkhead.

Her Story
Haruno Kenji met Russian transfer student Ivanov Vaska {aka Saki} in the fall of 1988 while attending Kyoto University. Quick to fall in love, the two had a quick whirlwind romance and were married a year later before welcoming the arrival of their daughter Sakura Anastasiya on March 28, 1990.
Sakura, with her large green eyes and pink hair, was a quiet and curious child, preferring to travel with her father to his clinic in Kyoto rather than stay behind in the small village an hour away with children of her own age. It was due to her father that she gained the love of medicine, promising despite her young age that she would one day follow in his footsteps and own a joint father/daughter practice with him.
But tragedy struck when Sakura was only 8 years old, her father being killed by a drunk driver on the way home from work. And although the family received a large settlement from the death of Haruno Kenji, Sakura never fully got over the death of her father, being a Daddy's girl, her dreams now shattered.
After battling depression throughout the next few years, 14 year old Sakura picked up her father's old medical manual one day while going through his study, reading over his old notes. It was almost as if seeing her father's handwriting re-lit the fire she had lost after his death. She vowed to herself that she would do her best to get into medical school and become a doctor, just like her father. He left behind unfinished work and therefore she would finish it. For him.
Sakura graduated at the top of her class and was readily accepted into the pre-medical program at the esteemed Tokyo University with a full scholarship. Her mother, who she had a strained relationship with ever since her father's death, demanded that she remain back in their village, find a good Japanese boy to marry and settle down, forgetting college. Sakura had other ideas and openly defied her mother, moving off to Tokyo to start her classes. This further strained their relationship and so therefore she rarely speaks of her mother.
As of right now, Sakura has completed pre-med. She graduated at the top of her class with a perfect grade point average. She's currently taking a short break before starting medical school, which is why she decided to get a job. She lives off-campus in her own apartment.
Other things about Sakura: Her middle name is Russian but she rarely shares it because she hates it. Whereas she hates the attention her naturally pink hair draws, she refuses to keeping it dyed a natural color it because according to her, her hair is a part of her and if she hid it, she wouldn't be true to herself. She will dye it every now again but always goes back to pink. She's a part-time model for a local dress shop, which she loves as she normally gets to keep the clothes. And she hates when someone doesn't like her and will stress over it, wondering why.
